My paternal grandmother,  Luella Fowler was born in Washington, Franklin co, Missouri Nov 5, 1910 to parents, Barbra Christine Conway and James Fowler.

Ollie Taylor was born in Greenville, Arkansas in 1905. He left Arkansas and moved to Cape Girardeau, Missouri about 1922.
He had a brother named Jesse. Jesse lived in St.Louis, Missouri.

Ollie married Luella Fowler in about 1926, together they had two children My father, Jesse Carl Taylor and daughter, Frankie Olivia.

 In 1937 he married Inez Spicer. Together they had eight children. Inez died in 1955. He later married his third wife Hazel Whiter. Ollie Taylor died in May 1978.

His mother was Frances Williams. Frances was born in  Mississippi. She was French, Indian and black. Her family was originally from New Orleans and later moved to Crittenden and Scott county, Arkansas. When Frances married her second husband Oscar Taylor in about 1909 . Her children, Ollie and Jesse took the name Taylor from their step father. It is still a mystery what Ollie's real surname is.

My father, Jesse Carl Taylor used his step father's name, PRYOR. He was also known as Carl Jesse Pryor. "Pete".
